General Description:

Cedit Cone Dyeing Machine ; used in dyeing of synthetic and cellulosic staple fibers . ( Polyester, nylon , silk , mercerized cotton, viscose, angora , cashmere , etc . ) Cone dyeing machine,dyes the yarn with circulation under air pad with circulation pump. Airpad provide less liquor ratio and chemical use. Also becasue of the air insulator prevents heat loss. Reduce energy and water consumption.

The machine has stainless steel heating and cooling exchanghers . Circulation is provided with special designed centrifugal pump that mounted on machine. The machine inner and outer work mechanism mounted on a specially designed pump casing is provided with a pneumatic actuator router . This router provides routing fluid definitively and without impact .

The carriers are manufactured from stainless steel and suitable for dyeing half capacity to full capacity .
All dyeing operations are controlled automatically by the PLC board. Temperature , dyeing time, flow direction, pressure and other control parameters are controlled by automatic valves .

• Working temperature, max. 130 C°
• All components that come into contact with the dyeing liquor are made of AISI 316 stainless steel.
• Cover has a pneumatic shut-off and manual locking system.  
• The cover of the machine equipped with safety lock for not to open before the system pressure discharge.
• Overflow dyeing system included as optionin the machine system.
• There is air pad system in sytem that prevents to work half capacity.
• System can work full or semi automatic.
